What's on in the Honeybrook Farm Demonstration Tent Saturday 23 - Sunday 24 October

The Honeybrook Farm Demonstration Tent is located in the Corn Market next to the Food Market tent on Wimborne Minster Green and will be the home to cookery demonstrations and workshops using a kitchen sponsored by Kitchen Style of Wimborne.

SATURDAY 23RD OCTOBER

10.30 - 11.00 Waitrose Challenge: Ready Steady Cook - Fishing for Ideas!
Matt Cook, Chef Proprietor of Fishface Catering

Matt will step up to the challenge of cooking dishes that can be easily prepared at home from a bag of mystery ingredients supplied by Waitrose. Don’t miss this very entertaining challenge!
11.20 - 11.50 Sophie Grigson
This is your chance to join Sophie Grigson, award-winning cookery writer and TV chef, for special demonstrations of a range of dishes using local ingredients.
12.10 - 12.40 It's all Greek to me... Kleftiko 2010
Andy 'The Professor' Kelly, Honeybrook Farm

Andy will demonstrate a modern twist on this classic Greek dish with unusual ingredients olive soil (yes soil, not oil!) & rosemary smoke - molecular gastronomy at it’s best!
13.00 - 13.30 Sophie Grigson
This is your chance to join Sophie Grigson, award-winning cookery writer and TV chef, for special demonstrations of a range of dishes using local ingredients.
13.50 - 14.20 Know eye Deer!
Ian Gibbs Chef Proprietor of the Coventry Arms Chop & Ale House and Paul Keating of P Keating Quality Butchers, Wimborne
Master butcher Paul will prepare a selection of locally sourced game ready for Ian to demonstrate tasty seasonal dishes. Our game experts are on hand to answer any culinary questions.
14.40 - 15.10 La Fosse and The Cranborne Chase Rabbit
Mark Hartstone, Chef proprietor of La Fosse at Cranborne, Restaurant
with Rooms
Mark will prepare 2 local rabbit dishes. Healthy, sustainable and tasty ingredients that support our local countryside.
15.30 - 16.00 Sophie Grigson

Come and meet Dean Edwards, chef from 'Masterchef Goes Large' and ITV’s show 'This Morning' who will be demonstrating a range of delicious dishes that you can cook at home.
12.10 - 12.40 Something Fishy!
Matt Cook, Chef Proprietor of Fishface Catering and John "The Fish" Bell of Bells Fish, Wimborne.

John "The Fish" will demonstrate the process of fish preparation ready for Matt to create delicious seasonal fish dishes. Our experts are on hand to answer any fishy questions!

Michelin Star chef Russell Brown will prepare a delicious seasonal dish, Cinnamon Crème Brulee Tartlet with textures of apple, cider & raisins.

James Coward, Chef Proprietor of Les Bouviers Restaurant with Rooms
James Coward of Les Bouviers Restaurant with Rooms has just celebrated his 20th year in business. This demonstration provides a 'sneak peek' into how using quality produce and a keen eye for detail can create culinary masterpieces and give away some of the secrets of having run a successful restaurant for two decades.
