What's on in the Honeybrook Farm Demonstration Tent Saturday 22 - Sunday 23 October
The Honeybrook Farm Demonstration Tent is located in the Corn Market next to the Food Market tent on Wimborne Minster Green and will be the home to cookery demonstrations and workshops using a kitchen sponsored by Hotel du Vin & Bistro, Poole.SATURDAY 22 OCTOBER

| 10.30am - 10.50am | Yes Chef! Gary Kilminster & Lucy Joslin, winner of the Carford 'Yes Chef' competition Gary, lead judge for the Carford 'Yes Chef' competition and our youngest chef Lucy, 15yrs will demonstrate the dish that propelled Lucy to her title. |
| 11am - 11.30am | Life on 4 wheels, cooking on two rings Martin Dorey This is your chance to join Martin Dorey, camper van cookery writer and TV chef, for special demonstrations, with his camper van, of a range of dishes using local ingredients. |
| 11.45am - 12.15pm | Richard Phillips This is your chance to join Richard Phillips, award-winning TV chef, for special demonstrations of a range of dishes using local ingredients. |
| 12.30am - 1pm | Hooray for oysters! Pete Miles, owner of Dorset Oysters & Storm Fish Restaurant Pete will be demonstrating how to prepare and cook fresh oysters from his own beds. |
| 1.15pm - 1.45pm | Good Things to Eat Lucas Hollweg Lucas, author of Good Things to Eat and Food columnist for The Sunday Times Style magazine will demonstrate delicious, laid back grub that anyone can cook at home. |
| 2pm - 2.30pm | Pigeon talk with La Fosse at Cranborne Help save garden greens by eating pesky pigeons Chef Mark Hartstone introduces several of his signature pigeon dishes. Pigeon is a healthy game meat which is available all year round. |

Matt Cook, Chef Proprietor of Fish Face Catering Matt will step up to the challenge of cooking dishes that can be easily prepared at home from a bag of mystery ingredients supplied by Waitrose. Don't miss this very entertaining challenge! |
| 11am - 11.30am | It's only a game! Ian Gibbs Head Chef of the Print Room, Bournemouth & Paul Keating of P Keating Quality Butchers, Wimborne Master butcher Paul will prepare a selection of locally sourced game ready for Ian to demonstrate tasty seasonal dishes. Our game experts are on hand to answer any culinary questions. |
| 11.45am - 12.15pm | And the winner is... Darren Rockett, Head Chef at Hotel du Vin Poole and the winner of the Hotel du Vin Young Chef Competition Darren and the competition winner will be cooking up delicious seasonal delicious dishes that can be recreated at home. |
| 12.30pm - 1pm | Jun Tanaka Come and meet Jun Tanaka, Executive Chef at London's Pearl Restaurant, master of modern French cuisine & TV chef who will be demonstrating a range of delicious dishes that you can cook at home. |
| 1.15pm - 1.45pm | Master class in curing and home-salting Luke Stuart from White Pepper Cookery School & Lee Moreton from The Dorset Charcuterie Co. Luke & Lee will demonstrate the curing process across a variety of meats and also easy recipe ideas for home-salting. |
| 2pm - 2.30pm | Pie in the sky! Andy 'The Professor' Kelly Andy will demonstrate a dish based on a fish pie, using an immersion circulator and thermo whip to create a smoked haddock hot foam and an ice filtrated crab consommé. |
| 2.45pm - 3.15pm | Coward by name, not by nature! James Coward, Chef Proprietor of Les Bouviers Restaurant with Rooms James Coward of Les Bouviers Restaurant with Rooms has just celebrated his 21st year in business. This demonstration provides a 'sneak peek' into how using quality produce and a keen eye for detail can create culinary masterpieces and give away some of the secrets of having run a successful restaurant for two decades. |
| 3.30pm - 4pm | Something fishy! Julia Cotton from Julia's Kitchen & John “The Fish” Bell of Bells Fish, Wimborne. John "The Fish" will demonstrate the process of fish preparation ready for Julia to create delicious seasonal fish dishes. Our experts are on hand to answer any fishy questions! |
